How to Use
- Select Your System: Choose the hydroponic setup that best suits your needs: NFT channels, Deep Water Culture (DWC), top-feeding, Aquaponics, or Flood & Drain.
- Prepare the Grow Media: Rinse and soak your chosen media (clay pebbles or perlite) to remove dust and ensure proper hydration.
- Position the Net Pot: Insert the pot into the designated slot of your hydroponic system for a secure fit.
- Fill with Media: Add up to 40ml of prepared grow media, ensuring even distribution around the sides.
- Transplant Your Seedling: Place your lettuce seedling (or similar-sized plant) into the pot, carefully positioning the roots within the grow media.
- Maintain the System: Connect your hydroponic system and monitor nutrient flow, oxygenation, and water levels to encourage strong, healthy growth.

We ship Australia wide Monday to Friday, from our warehouse in Melbourne direct to your
door. For all orders, we use the most suitable premium courier service. Our delivery
partners include Direct Freight Express, Couriers Please, FedEx, Allied Express,

Once your order is scanned by the courier you will receive an automated email with a
tracking link so you can see the status and progress of your delivery, you will also receive an
additional email once your order is delivered.
Most in stock items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, with an average 1-3 business day
delivery to cities and most regional centres in Victoria, Tasmania South Australia, New South
Wales, and Southern Queensland. All other regions have an average 3-5 business day
delivery time, remote/rural areas may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery
Oversize items require a specialised delivery method, unfortunately this can’t be automated,
however we are able to provide freight quotes specific to your requirements.
We have several options available, these include tail gate lift truck, forklift load and delivery
to a site with a forklift, delivery to a nearby depot for pick up or if you are in Victoria we can
deliver in one of our trucks. You can also arrange your own freight and we can forklift load
for no extra charge.
We charge freight at our cost and don’t add any margin. If you purchase an oversized item
online and are not satisfied with the delivery cost we will happily refund your purchase.
