We ship Australia wide Monday to Friday, from our warehouse in Melbourne direct to your
door. For all orders, we use the most suitable premium courier service. Our delivery
partners include Direct Freight Express, Couriers Please, FedEx, Allied Express,
Australia Post, and Australia Post Express.
Once your order is scanned by the courier you will receive an automated email with a
tracking link so you can see the status and progress of your delivery, you will also receive an
additional email once your order is delivered.
Most in stock items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, with an average 1-3 business day
delivery to cities and most regional centres in Victoria, Tasmania South Australia, New South
Wales, and Southern Queensland. All other regions have an average 3-5 business day
delivery time, remote/rural areas may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery
Oversize items require a specialised delivery method, unfortunately this can’t be automated,
however we are able to provide freight quotes specific to your requirements.
We have several options available, these include tail gate lift truck, forklift load and delivery
to a site with a forklift, delivery to a nearby depot for pick up or if you are in Victoria we can
deliver in one of our trucks. You can also arrange your own freight and we can forklift load
for no extra charge.
We charge freight at our cost and don’t add any margin. If you purchase an oversized item
online and are not satisfied with the delivery cost we will happily refund your purchase.

Great durable pot. Large enough for most of my young fruit trees. The size and handles enable to move them around in the garden.

I have purchased heaps of these for growing my roses in. They are thicker than other pots, the handles make it so easy to move them around and I can use then to tie climber canes to. With the product being more durable, they will definitely last longer and the plants will not over heat as much.
I would really love to have a 400mm with 400 – 450 depth just for my roses as that would be an ideal size for them
