We ship Australia wide Monday to Friday, from our warehouse in Melbourne direct to your
door. For all orders, we use the most suitable premium courier service. Our delivery
partners include Direct Freight Express, Couriers Please, FedEx, Allied Express,
Australia Post, and Australia Post Express.
Once your order is scanned by the courier you will receive an automated email with a
tracking link so you can see the status and progress of your delivery, you will also receive an
additional email once your order is delivered.
Most in stock items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, with an average 1-3 business day
delivery to cities and most regional centres in Victoria, Tasmania South Australia, New South
Wales, and Southern Queensland. All other regions have an average 3-5 business day
delivery time, remote/rural areas may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery
Oversize items require a specialised delivery method, unfortunately this can’t be automated,
however we are able to provide freight quotes specific to your requirements.
We have several options available, these include tail gate lift truck, forklift load and delivery
to a site with a forklift, delivery to a nearby depot for pick up or if you are in Victoria we can
deliver in one of our trucks. You can also arrange your own freight and we can forklift load
for no extra charge.
We charge freight at our cost and don’t add any margin. If you purchase an oversized item
online and are not satisfied with the delivery cost we will happily refund your purchase.

These pots are the best price for a novice gardener like me! The price of these are unbeatable for a non ABN holder. I’ve looked everywhere. Unfortunately I had one of these crack from delivery. Not the fault of Sage. It was the shipping company. However Sage did not hesitate to reimburse me for that unfortunate incident. I think it’s important to treat customers this way! Cannot wait for the winter season to be over. I’ll be buying way more of these pots! They’re unbeatable value for money
