Sage Horticultural will confirm your order via email or phone with freight charges, as our items vary in size, weight and delivery costs will also depend on your location.
Pricing
All prices quoted on our web site are inclusive of GST and are ex warehouse, unless stated otherwise.
The purchase price for the goods shall be as per our prices as at the date of your order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sage Horticultural reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturing price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
Any errors on the invoice or in delivery must be notified to Sage within ten (10) days of invoice. No credits for overcharges or returned stock shall be accepted outside these terms.
Payment
For on-line orders payment is strictly ‘cash before delivery’, by approved credit card payment (Accepted Cards:Visa, Master card and Bankcard) or by direct deposit to our account – please contact us for our banking details. Payment may also be made by sending us a cheque or money order.You will however, need to contact us for a freight price so that you may include in your payment.
Despatching of goods where payment is made by direct deposit or cheque is subject to fund clearance.
When doing a direct fund transfer or direct deposit into our account, please include the online receipt no.as your deposit Reference. It is also required for a deposit slip to be sent to us by fax or E-mail (scanned). For Internet funds transfer please cut and paste the transfer details and send to us by E-mail at info@sagehort.com.au
Returns or Refunds
Returns for full refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
If this period of 7 days has expired then a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging.
Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.
This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind etc. All due care will be taken our end when packing your order but damage due to mis-handling by Australia Post or Carrier will not be our responsiblity. Any incorrect or missing items received must be reported to Sage Horticultural within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can be done by E-mail, Fax or Phone.
